The Public Safety Physical Performance Program (PS3P) is designed specifically for LEO | FIRE | EMS professionals who need to perform at their best in high-demand situations. This program ensures that personnel are physically prepared for the job, reducing injury risk and enhancing operational efficiency.

PS3P is built around 3 core components:

Physical Performance Assessment (PPA)

Physical Ability Test (PAT)

Remote Coaching Program (RCP)

Physical Performance Assessment (PPA)

Establish Your Baseline

The Physical Performance Assessment (PPA) is a comprehensive evaluation that measures key health and fitness markers. By assessing mobility, strength, endurance, and cardiovascular health, we determine your PS3P Readiness Score—a metric that classifies your physical preparedness into four risk categories: Minimal, Mild, Moderate, or High Risk.

What’s Assessed?

✅ Physical Health Indicators – Blood pressure, body composition, grip strength, and metabolic markers.

✅ Mobility & Movement Patterns – Evaluating joint function, flexibility, and stability.

✅ Strength & Power – Measuring lifting capacity and upper/lower body strength.

✅ Cardiovascular Endurance – Aerobic and anaerobic fitness assessments.

Understanding your PS3P Readiness Score allows us to tailor the next steps in your training journey.

Physical Ability Test (PAT)

Put Your Fitness to the Test

The Physical Ability Test (PAT) is a job-specific fitness challenge that evaluates how well you can perform under real-world conditions. This test simulates the physical demands of public safety professionals through a structured, time-sensitive performance assessment.

What to Expect?

 ✅ 10 Evolutions – A series of strength, endurance, and agility-based tasks.

✅ Time-Capped Challenges – Each evolution must be completed within a 1-minute window.

✅ Scoring System – Earn up to 100 points based on performance, with risk classifications to guide further training.

✅ Data-Driven Evaluation – Results highlight strengths and areas for improvement.

The PAT is a practical way to measure operational fitness and ensure readiness for high-intensity job demands.
