Salute Spine & Strength is a modern, evidence-based clinic–gym hybrid specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and performance-based care. We are seeking a motivated individual to assist our Rehab Chiropractor in delivering high-level care to active adults and occupational athletes.
This is a hands-on, clinically focused role centered on delivering outcomes-driven musculoskeletal care through sound clinical reasoning and active rehabilitation support.
Position Overview
You will work directly alongside a Doctor of Chiropractic to provide manual therapy and assist in active rehabilitation programs for patients with musculoskeletal pain, movement limitations, and performance goals.
This role begins as part-time with a strong potential to expand into a full-time position as patient volume increases.
Compensation & Hours
Hourly Rate: $30 per hour
Scheduled Hours: 18 hours per week
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1 hour non-paid break from 1PM-2PM)
Employment Type: Part-time, with opportunity for expansion into a full-time position as patient volume grows
This role offers a stable, consistent weekly schedule with competitive compensation for a clinically focused manual therapy and rehabilitation support position.
Primary Responsibilities
Clinical Support & Treatment
Deliver manual therapy including (but not limited to):
Soft tissue mobilization
Instrument-assisted techniques (IASTM)
Myofascial release
Assisted stretching and mobility work
Assist patients through corrective exercise and rehab progressions
Prepare patients for treatment and support in-session flow
Maintain clean & professional treatment areas
Patient Experience & Operations
Schedule and reschedule future appointments
Collect payments and process transactions
Provide a positive, professional patient experience
Assist with basic front-desk flow as needed
Qualifications
Required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical environment
High attention to detail and professionalism
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, physical therapy assisting, or similar
Experience working with musculoskeletal pain, athletes, or active populations
