Neil Halvorsen, DC

Neil is the founder of Salute Spine & Strength—a unique clinic-gym hybrid in Farmington, NY—where modern rehab meets old-school strength training. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences, and specializes in a rehab-focused approach that blends manual therapy with progressive strength and conditioning to help patients move beyond pain and reclaim performance.

With two Master’s degrees—one in Applied Clinical Nutrition and another in Sports & Health Sciences—and earning his Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, Dr. Halvorsen takes an integrated, evidence-based approach to musculoskeletal care. His philosophy? Stronger bodies hurt less.

Prior to his Post-Graduate studies, Dr. Halvorsen served in the U.S. Navy as an Aviation Rescue Swimmer, an experience that fuels his special passion for "serving those that serve." Whether working with first responders, military veterans, or active adults, he’s dedicated to building a safer, stronger community.

A local through and through, Dr. Halvorsen graduated from Gananda High School, played college baseball at Finger Lakes Community College & Keuka College, and now calls Victor, NY home with his wife Sandy and their twin daughters, Ava and Octavia.
