Ava Sheedy

Ava is a Patient Care Specialist at Salute Spine & Strength, where she is dedicated to helping patients feel welcomed, supported, and confident throughout their healthcare journey. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from SUNY Brockport, where she was recognized as a Kinesiology Departmental Scholar for her academic achievement and commitment to the field.

Through her education and clinical chiropractic internship experience, Ava developed a strong understanding of human movement, exercise science, and the role of physical activity in promoting health and recovery. She coordinates and facilitates Free Discovery Calls, helping prospective patients learn more about their options and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from their very first interaction with the clinic. Ava is passionate about patient care, manual therapy, and supporting clinic operations to help Salute Spine & Strength provide exceptional service and outcomes.

When she's not balancing her seemingly endless list of jobs, Ava can occasionally be found enjoying the outdoor perks of living in Naples, NY, including hiking, golfing, and skiing. More often, you'll find her trying a new restaurant, planning her next trip, shopping, sneaking in a nap, or staying true to her belief that blonde hair and pink accessories make almost everything better.
